Using our recipes
You are welcome to cook, share and adapt our recipes at home. If you republish a recipe online, please write the method in your own words and link back to the original page on Amma's Kitchen.

Photos, articles and page designs on this site belong to Amma's Kitchen or the people who created them. Please ask before reusing them.
Cooking safely
Recipes are tested in home kitchens, but results depend on your ingredients, equipment and judgement. Check ingredients for allergies, handle hot oil and pressure cookers with care, and follow food safety guidance when storing leftovers.
Reader submissions
When you send us a recipe, you confirm it is yours to share and allow us to test, edit and publish it with credit to you.
