Fry whole spices and onions in ghee-oil. Add ginger-garlic, chillies, herbs and tomato.

Add meat, curd and salt. Cook chicken 10 minutes, or pressure-cook mutton 4 whistles first.

Add water and rice. Cook covered on low until done. Rest 10 minutes.
