Grind the green masala ingredients to a smooth paste with a little water.

Heat ghee and oil, add whole spices and onions. Fry till golden, then cook the green paste for 5 minutes. Add the tomato.

Add chicken, curd and salt. Cook covered for 10 minutes.

Cook the rice
Add water (1¾ times the rice), bring to a boil, add rice and lemon. Cover and cook on low until done.

Rest & serve
Rest 10 minutes, then fluff gently and serve in donne leaf cups.
