How to make Tomato Soup

    Cook the base

    Melt butter, sauté onion, garlic and carrot. Add tomatoes and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.

    Add water, simmer 5 minutes, cool slightly and blend. Strain for a smooth soup.

    Toast bread cubes in a pan. Splutter cumin in ghee, pour over the soup, top with croutons and cream.
