2. Is the storage an SSD or a hard drive?
3. What's the battery health or capacity?
4. What's the cosmetic grade, and can you send photos of this unit?
5. Is Windows genuine and activated? Which version?
6. Is there a warranty? How long, and what does it cover?
7. What's the return window, and who pays for return shipping?
8. Will I get a GST invoice with the serial number?
9. Is a charger included, and is it compatible or original?
10. Can I pay by Cash on Delivery?

If a seller dodges more than one of these, keep looking.
