Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders across India.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Cash on Delivery orders may get a confirmation call before dispatch.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 3–7 working days depending on your pin code. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

We'll send tracking details by WhatsApp and email once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most pin codes and most orders. For some orders we may offer a "pay a small advance now, rest on delivery" option instead.

When your parcel arrives

• Check the outer box before accepting it. If it's badly damaged, you can refuse delivery.
• Please record an unboxing video — we need it for transit-damage claims.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available after several attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
