When you're ready to upgrade, we'd like to help your old Whynew laptop find its next owner.

Who can use buyback

Customers who bought a laptop, desktop or Mac from Whynew and still have the GST invoice.

How it works

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or phone with your order number and a few photos of the device.
2. Get a quote. The price depends on the model, its age, its condition and current demand.
3. Hand it over. We arrange pickup, or you can drop it off where available.
4. Get paid by bank transfer or UPI once we've inspected it — or put the value towards your next Whynew laptop.

What affects the quote

• Working condition (all parts functional)
• Cosmetic condition
• Battery health
• Whether the charger is included
• Physical or liquid damage (which reduces or rules out a quote)

Before you send it

Back up your data, sign out of all accounts, and turn off Find My Mac / Find My Device. We'll securely wipe it again after it arrives.

Quotes are valid for 7 days and are final after inspection. We may decline devices that are damaged, locked or not purchased from us.
