• To send order updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email
• To follow up on incomplete orders or call-back requests by phone or WhatsApp
• To provide warranty service
• To meet legal and tax obligations (for example, GST invoicing)

Payments

Online payments are handled by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

Sharing

We share information only with partners who help us run the service — couriers, payment gateways — and only as much as they need. We never sell your personal information.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop follow-up messages, by emailing support@whynew.in.
