HP ZBook 14u G6 · Intel Core i7 (8th Gen) · 14" HD · 16 GB / 512 GB SSD

Looking for something dependable rather than flashy? This HP ZBook 14u G6 ticks that box. The ZBook is HP's mobile workstation line — certified for professional design and engineering software, and built to handle heavy workloads without overheating. The ZBook 14u G6 is a 14-inch mobile workstation — workstation certification in an EliteBook-sized body.

The Core i7 gives you extra headroom for heavier work: big spreadsheets, coding with several tools open, and light photo or video editing. 8th generation was a big jump for Intel: it was the first time thin business laptops got four cores instead of two. In practice that means noticeably smoother multitasking than older models — this is the generation we most often recommend. 16 GB of RAM gives you room for plenty of browser tabs, an IDE, Teams and Excel all at once. The 512 GB SSD means it boots in seconds and apps open quickly. The 14-inch HD screen is fine for documents, browsing and video.
