The Precision 7000 series is Dell's heavy-duty mobile workstation — the laptop engineering, VFX and design firms buy when a normal laptop won't cut it. It's big, it's powerful and it's built to run flat out for hours. The Precision 7720 is a 17.3-inch workstation — a big screen and big performance for CAD and 3D work at a fraction of its original price.
The Core i7 gives you extra headroom for heavier work: big spreadsheets, coding with several tools open, and light photo or video editing. Sixth-generation Intel brought faster DDR4 memory support, and with an SSD this machine feels quick for everyday work and multitasking. 16 GB of RAM gives you room for plenty of browser tabs, an IDE, Teams and Excel all at once. Storage is a 512 GB SSD, so start-up and file loading are fast. The 17.3-inch Full HD screen gives you sharp text and room for two windows side by side.
