Acer Predator Helios G3 · Intel Core i7 (7th Gen) · 15.6" HD · 32 GB / 256 GB SSD

If you want Acer Predator Helios quality without paying new-laptop prices, this is the one to look at. The Predator Helios is Acer's gaming laptop — a dedicated NVIDIA graphics card, a powerful quad-core i7 and big cooling fans. It's also a strong machine for video editing and 3D. This Predator comes with 32 GB of RAM — more than most gaming laptops ship with.

The Core i7 gives you extra headroom for heavier work: big spreadsheets, coding with several tools open, and light photo or video editing. The 7th-generation chip is a refinement of the 6th — slightly faster, better at video playback, and very comfortable for office work and study. With 32 GB of RAM you can keep heavy apps, virtual machines and big projects open side by side. The 256 GB SSD means it boots in seconds and apps open quickly. The 15.6-inch HD screen is fine for documents, browsing and video.

Build and everyday use

Gamer styling with a red backlit keyboard and aggressive cooling vents; around 2.5 kg. Full-size keyboard with number pad and WASD highlights. It runs Windows 10 Pro. One honest note: Microsoft ended free security updates for Windows 10 in October 2025, so this is best for offline or office-network use, or enrol it in Microsoft's paid Extended Security Updates. Ask us if you'd prefer a Windows 11 option.
