How to claim warranty on a refurbished laptop

1. Note your order number (it's on your invoice and in your account).
2. Record a short video showing the problem.
3. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with the order number and video.
4. Quick troubleshooting: we'll try to fix simple issues remotely first.
5. Pickup or send-in: if it needs repair, we'll arrange it.
6. Repair, replace or refund: we'll fix it, swap it, or refund if neither is possible.
