We started EcoFrame in 2012 after watching too many families lose sleep — and savings — to vague quotes and missing builders. Fourteen years later, our promise is the same: a fixed BOQ, a visible process and a home designed for our climate.

Our founders, Ananya Rao (architect) and Vikram Hegde (structural engineer), spent their early careers fixing other builders’ mistakes — cracked slabs, leaking terraces and bills that kept growing. They started EcoFrame to prove that quality and transparency are not luxuries.
Today our 85-person team designs and builds 30–40 homes a year across Bengaluru and Mysuru. Every project is run by our own engineers and every material is specified in the BOQ you sign.
If a homeowner cannot read their quotation line by line, the quotation is not finished.
