7-day return: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order from My account → My orders → Request return.

Damaged products will not be accepted and are not eligible for return. The saree must reach us in the same condition you received it — unused, unwashed, with its tags and blouse piece.

Refund: Add your UPI ID when you request the return. After we receive and check the saree, the refund (product price + GST) is sent to your UPI ID. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Return requests are not accepted after 7 days from delivery.
