What types of vehicles does Disha Cabs offer?
Hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, MUVs like the Innova and Innova Crysta, Tempo Travellers, Force Urbania, mini buses and luxury buses — in both AC and non-AC where available.
Can I book a non-AC vehicle to save on the fare?
Yes. Choose AC or Non-AC while searching. Each vehicle has its own separately priced Non-AC rate, shown clearly before you book.
Are tolls and parking included in the fare?
The fare shown covers the per-kilometre rate and driver charge. State toll and parking are billed separately as actually incurred on the trip.
How is the distance and fare calculated?
Type your pickup and drop locations directly — the moment we recognize both, the road distance is calculated instantly and multiplied by the selected vehicle's per-kilometre rate, plus a fixed driver charge. If a location isn't recognized, you can enter the approximate distance yourself.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel for free up to a few hours before pickup. Details are confirmed on your booking confirmation screen and by SMS.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash, UPI, and all major cards are accepted directly with the driver or through the confirmation link sent to your phone.
